a jewel among mountains
friendly staff convenient shuttle
the staff displayed super kindness at all times. i appreciated the free shuttle service to the ski telecabin, very convenient. breakfast and dinner were great, and the spa and sauna facility were amazing. our room had a nice bathtub as well.

A Satisfactory Stay
sunny setting excellent options
The breakfast provided excellent options in a sunny setting. The minibus drivers were consistently punctual for pickups. They were cute too.
I noticed the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room. These are frequently available in similar establishments.

free pass good restaurant hiking location cold jacuzzi no staff steam room
The location allowed hiking. I had a free pass for the gondolas. The restaurant offered good meals. Breakfast had good options too.
The jacuzzi was nearly cold, I think. The steam room was turned off. It was hard to find staff at the front desk for assistance.
